You promised me that world
You said we would always be together
I trusted you
But I never thought that you would break that promise...

You even promised me our future house
Our future families
But then something happened
What happened to the promises you made...

But I have to say thank you
Thank you 'baby'
For you taught me a lesson
Never trust a boy to keep a mans promise...
