Broken Wings Poem by Sandesh Shetty

Broken Wings

Surfing through the gust once I went,
I aint no fear of being damned to the abyss.
To the wrath of the paradigm queen I bowed,
Have been an element of her from the void.
Slit open my torso and hung for several snow,
Let the spilled wet my wings,
For, I may have failed her.
An apparition from the womb of death,
Haunted thou till eternity withered.
Life plucked immortality for thou,
Never felt before, the pain that crept through veins.
Calling the life to heal the haunt and pain,
In barter, Life shed its form to death.
Silence is what formless brings,
Here withers the broken wings.
