Brown Dog (I Love You Griffin) Poem by E.A. England

Brown Dog (I Love You Griffin)

my dearest little brown dog
how sadly you'll be missed
there is no way to tell you
how much i want a slobbery kiss

i want to rub your belly
or scratch those soft brown ears
all of my memories of you
have been filled with woe and tears

you were such a smally puppy
who was always filled with glee
but now that you have left us
we're feeling down you see

i know that you are wreaking havoc
up there above the clouds
just remember this for me
your owners sure are proud.
