Calm Poem by CAROL HUGHES

Calm

Rating: 5.0

There is calm now
A wholeness unwinds
Too poignant to deny
Too damning to cure
Sweet sleep waits for me
Final and forever
It patiently waits

Time and method
Still unknown
Beckoning with
No waivering

Comforting in its
Finality
Final and forever
It waits
I am resigned
I am resigned.
