Calm Or Storms In Lost Forgotten Tea Cups Poem by Terence George Craddock

Calm Or Storms In Lost Forgotten Tea Cups

Rating: 5.0

the house is lost in a tide high sea of overgrown grass
a Spanish galleon sunk in a storm wild under the sea
manicured flower beds long since swept away in weeds
trees shrubs grown deranged even invade over fences

in an abandoned kitchen is dust lost a forgotten tea pot
in ritual circle of daily tea cups were told family tales
who knows now value amassed credit past hidden triumphs
so much was expressed said or not said over a cup of tea

common place happenings life tide old joys grief hopes
life is laced with dice roll pain break ups heart aches
who knows what would will happen if truth whispers
masterfully revealed hidden pain nail words tsunamis
