his face trapped in time

official's cold face sends
chlll down my spine
Sometimes, I bumped into Government officials who inspected tourist sites in their official cars. Their faces are not the normal cheerful kind. They sent chill down my spine because they remind me of those
dark days when Cambodia was trapped in genocide.
