Can This Be Love?
Can I love you?
Is this love truly real?
Are you my one and only?
Maybe we are simple blinded by lust.
I want to love you for you,
and not by what you have to offer me babe.
You give me love like I have never had before,
I feel that I take advantage of you,
advantage of your love completely.
I want you to be my one and only.
I wish you could be my first and last.
You can be my lover,
but only if I can be your lover too.
I'll be the mother,
if you promise to always be the father.
I might be scared of forever,
yet forever is what I want with you baby.
