Oh can you please go away and just leave me alone?
You know that I was always nice to you,
I always held the biting wit back for you
And you seem to think that this is because I like you,
Can you please go away and leave me alone?

I know I was rude and I tried to make it up to you
And you seemed to think that this was more than friendship,
But I’m sorry, I can’t see it ever turning out that way.
So please accept the guy you knew is gone,
The worm has turned and the king is dead,
And I shan’t feel guilty about it anymore.
So can you please close the chapter, close the door
And can you please go away and just leave me alone?
