Can’t Wait To Die In Your Garden Poem by Timur Kocaoglu

Can’t Wait To Die In Your Garden

Can’t wait to die in your garden
when the cherry tree greets me
with all its branches wide open
just to hug me at the full moon.

Can’t wait to die in your city
when the little house greets me
with all its windows wide open
just to nestle me at the full moon.

Can’t wait to die in your country
when the high mountain greets me
with all its valleys wide open
just to cuddle me at the full moon.

Can’t wait to die in your world
when the blue sky greets me
with all its oceans wide open
just to cradle me at the full moon.

Can’t wait to die in your universe
when the Milky Way greets me
with all its black holes wide open
just to squeeze me at the full moon.

Can’t wait to die at your full moon…
