Carbon Curbin' Poem by Ima Ryma

Carbon Curbin'

They talk and talk and talk and talk
About how bad the carbon tiz.
So it should really be no shock,
Bad mouthing carbon is big biz.
Take a peek at those who talk most,
Then follow the money they make,
From all the lip flaps that they boast
Of anti carbon for Earth sake.
The more such talk, the more does spew
Carbon dioxide through the air.
If such talkers were really true,
Then all such talk, they'd cease to share.

There would be less carbon about,
If no one talked of it - no doubt!
