Carpe Diem Poem by Matt Rodin

Carpe Diem

Rating: 5.0

Today is a day like no-other
Today is a very special day
So what ever you do
be it the dream you pursue
don't let it slip away
Never again will this day commence
And will be hence forth known in the past of tense.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
One day, I was writing the date of the day, and became engaged and fascinated that the combination of those numbers will not be date of any day ever again. So I began to think about the importance of each day, and how it is important to seize each and every day. I dedicate this poem to my parent's, whom will probably never see this nor hear about it, but to thank them for all that they have done to make me who I am.
