Cat Lover Grief
Their Helpless cries from some jar
Got me looking near and far
Till i found you my two black kittens
itching those fingers, which you have bitten
Nursed you baby milk day and night
till sickness took you both from my sight
if only tears can bring back a soul
then both of you would be standing here whole
heartbroken for lives i might have taken
“what if i left them to survive? ” left me shaken
