Cats And Dogs

When it rains cats and dogs
None come out except frogs
For want of flash and claps
Stop bites and slaps
Warriors smile and start dialogues.*
After torrential rains, thunder(Growl before bite) and slaps (Lightning) stop, gloominess dissolves into brightness.
