Cell Phone. Poem by Anand kumar.

Cell Phone.

Rating: 4.5

With love from our cellphone,
so dear; and so cute,
touching our ear, next to our heart,
like a damsel so sweet to our lips to talk.
Never to part with; and never to lose,
life becomes horrible in your absence,
desperate and desolate,
life becomes destitute,
for a minute; world becomes isolated
in the wilderness far away.
Oh cell phone! what you did?
Our life becomes void,
abandoned and abated.
Thank you cell phone! With you
our life becomes pleasurable and comfort.

An insightful depiction of importance of cell phone, well articulated and nicely penned. Lovely piece of poetry that captures essence of the indispensable device written with conviction. Thanks for sharing Anand. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
