Certainly Gone Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Certainly Gone

Rating: 5.0

Each day is sunshine
I feel good and fine
The days start with prayer
I bow down and offer

It has become practice
With reiteration of life’s promise
Faith and belief
That provides me tremendous relief

I feel like genuine child
That stands totally ignorant and blind
I open the eyes and seek guidance
I feel it is really a golden chance

We may be guided by some consideration
Yet somewhere it has influence of human relation
We are afraid not to repeat some of ill acts
They prayers and blessings help to some extent

Thee is no scope to feel super and act arrogant
You may have everything at present
But who know you may become beggar
The moment you feel short of prayers

It takes no time to turn the fortune
The life becomes strange and goes out of tune
Your move brings only misfortune
The past hay days are certainly gone
