Chance Poem by Jose Armando Guzman

Chance

It was a moment of chance,
a game of luck,
and then she appeared in my horizon.
Like the frozen, dreaming,
lost Aztec princess
that perished into the snow.
My memories fail me.
Still she remains in my bones.
Divine! !
Venus has nothing on you.
Lost wonder.
Beautiful being.
My bones dream of your entity.
