Chances 2 Poem by David Harris

During our journey through life
we sometimes stumble on our way
or take a wrong road that leads us astray,
but with determination we can always carry on
improving who we are and what we want to be.
Every step we take we are given chances with one hand
and denied them with the other,
but with determination we must make our own chances
and prove to everyone those chances were right for us.
