Change is very hard to deal with but it's apart of life. change can turn you bad or good but one thing change cannot reverse is the past.the past will not change anything.

i have a story of my own. ever since i was in 10th grade i knew something was very wrong and i didn't know how to deal with it. everybody would tell me to change how i am and how i act and dress and speak but they just control my life and i don't know why.

Yes, change can be effective for the present and the future. I agree with you that change cannot change the past.
