It’s all about what fits in
Change…
Your life
For me
You mean nothing”

Change
What you are
And what you believe in
Change…
Your emotions
To suit us

The family is screaming over the table again
About pointless things
They mean nothing
He’s drunk off his skull
Abusive like hell
Hiding in my small dark room
I turn the music louder
Avoidance gets me far

What’s the issue?
Why do they need to scream all day?
Our vocal chords are going to burn up
I’m screaming inside though
Somebody get me out of here

I wish he’d die.
So sick of crying
I wish he’d Learn
I wish he’d realize
How we feel
He doesn’t care- Or cares too much… or cares too much
Wanting to scheme his way into our lives
Planning in his own way
Everything has to be his way
Or we might as well be an empty space
At the dinner table
