Changes Poem by Mihaela Pirjol

The change is necessary, thus to grow;
Turbid agonies of heart, to let pass and go;
The nostalgia for Past shall vanish in time:
And a rainbow of hope is Future's sunshine.

Sometimes, there're images in web of thoughts
Of what was dear to you, and now it's lost;
However, your sight in future has to seek:
You'll find the strength within—no longer weak!

One last glance in Past, in all those years
Of passion, love, tenderness, and tears:
You are the change today, for a changed tomorrow:
Your future-days, no longer filled with sorrow!

Now you are what then you were not:
A wiser version—a new self you've got!
I wish you could hope for better days,
With quietness of mind, and heart in prayers.
