Changing Classes Poem by Colin Burger

Changing Classes

Feet tap while the music blares
Children run through the hall
With their friends in close pursuit
Teachers all with their class
All of different skills
Learning the things that make then so unique

An hour passes and class lets out
All the kids run to their parents
Changing shoes, leaving for the day
Whatever the day calls for
Class starts up all over again
Regular activities resume for those waiting
Watching their children learn the art of dance
