Changing Times Poem by Sandra Martyres

Changing Times

Rating: 5.0

The vibrant colours
In a darkening sky
With the orange sphere
Remaining at the centre
A brilliant sight to savour
The rivers, oceans and seas
Too pay their homage
Reflecting the beauty
Of the moment
In their clear waters
Until the lustrous ball slowly
Disappears behind the horizon
Only to rise again elsewhere

you are really proving poetic in these lines...brilliant imagery...the 'setting' story with a tinge of sorrow- elsewhere- yellowish...imagination is the tool of creating good poems...a nice tool you own right there...10
