The cloud may be clear or dark
The rain may be soft or hard
The snow may be light or heavy
But how would you receive it?

The sun may grace you today
And with gentle warm rays
Or with blazing heat wave
But how would you receive it?

Your happiness or unhappiness
Hinge not on changing weather
But on your feelings - your reaction
Through your welcoming thoughts
Or unwelcoming feelings!

The chill does not begrudge you
Nor does the heat bear any ill feelings
And while you may rage against them
Others may long to enjoy them.
