Chasing The Goose Poem by Shemsi Elsani

Chasing The Goose

Rating: 4.5

Don't really know if it's all dreams
Or just a mere hallucinations
Or may just be a fictionated chapters
Or could even be collections of lies

Yet, its keep on pushing through
From every crooks and nooks
From every holes and pores
From every angles and perspectives
Keep on hitting hard, straight on the face

Leaving the souls wandering and wondering
Unsettled and restless on every single moments
Looking and searching for the answers
Questioning and inquiring for every confusions

Yet, it's never been certain and answered
It's always been doubtful and shadowy
It's always been hidden and unseen
It's always been dark and scary
It's always been lost and despair

And it's always be chasing the goose
Again and again it'll always be
It'll only stop when the breaths last
That's where the answers will be uncovered

Great piece. I like the flow and tempo; your repetition of 4 line and 5 line stanza is mesmerising! Now I'm getting curious on what you are chasing!
