Chatterbugs (2009) Poem by David Joel Rodriguez

Chatterbugs (2009)

Rating: 3.5

Go right ahead...mouth away!
Nothing to do but be a stray
Really doesn't matter anyway;
what dull, envious souls say...
Chatterboxing to their display...
Refrain from utter, avoiding fray,
'We live well, riveting, everyday
Together, attentive in every way'

Though you're out stirring our cave
It is our life which we will pave
If weakened, we will be brave
Crazy love, we do/must rave
Even in public, we do behave
In the bed we will wait to save
Give each others loving slave
Craving ourselves, to the grave
