Cheers Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Cheers

Rating: 5.0

Don’t go
Please sit here with me
Have a sip of what I offer
And all your worries would flee

Believe me
It’s a drink of matchless class
A peg down your throat
And you can’t resist a second glass

Talk with me
Don’t weep for what you lost
Life will take its course
To be happy a few pegs are must.

Damn with love
Enjoy a hangover in the morn
Take another peg to kill it
Feel fresh, all your worries gone

Don’t think much,
About future, shake off all fears
Raise the glass to the sky
And with full throat just cry-“Cheers”

Cheers, man! Here is my glass raised! I seem to like you philosophy of life and sail in the same boat. So, whenever you are free, just invite me. I am rating this 10.
