China (From Monkey King To Space-Walking) Poem by U Win Kyi

When the Chinese children were young,
they were fascinated and stunned,
by the comic books,
which they read very hooked,
about the Monkey king,
in the sky it was swishing,
punishing the evil people with its steel rod,
for helping the good people it couldn't be stopped.
Every child dreamt to fly,
very high into the sky.

When the Chinese students were in the science practical room,
they studied and asked the teacher about the flying balloon.
He answered that no matter what the color or shape of rubber,
red, blue, yellow, white, black or purple.
only when there was lighter gas inside,
it would fly to the greatest height.
That gas was like the determination of Brother Wright.

Under th president Hu,
their dream became true,
after Sheng Zhou 7 rocket,
successfully returning back,
to the earth., unscathed.
