Chirping Birds Poem by Theorem The Truth Serum

Chirping Birds

Rating: 5.0

Spring has brought chirping birds
and heaved the sun to our horizon
It took many great storms to create
but now it has finally come
In my lifetime this is the 27th coming of spring
A small number with little significance
other than individual
I feel at home in the spring
and I shall give thanks and spend
sometime with it outside
with a fishing pole

Love this! Lots of storms where I live before spring, too. And there really is no sound like those chirping birds in spring now is there? Thanks for sharing this. Sincerely, Connie Webb

Hey, I'll be with you in spirit Cokbod! We got an old pontoon boat a few months ago and we can't wait to get it in the water! I'm hoping to pitch a tent on it and sleep over night on the water too...I think that sounds so fun! Good luck fishing, if you catch anything worth telling (only truthfully!) make sure to tell me! And I'll let you know if I catch a whopper! :) Great poem! Sincerely, Mary

Good fishing Cokbod, and this is a delightful read, very well constructed and a pleasure to view. Very nice indeed. Love Ernestine XXX
