Choices Poem by Vonda Overlie

Choices

I hear you crying mommy, that I was a big mistake,
I can feel you're scared and lonely with no way to escape.

I hear your thoughts mommy, Would it be the right thing to do?
After all, Im not a baby yet, barely on month two.

I feel you wrap your arms- around your growing womb, I already love you mommy, I hope we meet real soon.

I hear him yelling mommy, that he wont be around
if you decide to keep me, you don't make a sound.

I feel your heart beat faster, as you whisper these sweet words,
I love you little baby, together we'll conquer the world.
