I get so scared
So weak
So sick
Of seeing all I've lost
Through choices I have made
Not realizing the cost

It's my own fault
That things went wrong
Each step along the way
I never thought it through I guess
Not realizing I'd pay

I've paid so much,
It's cost me dear
And still I cannot learn
That things won't change
Unless I do
But I can't make the turn

I can't help
What I've become
Too late to change the mold
Choices made
Can't be undone
And so my story's told.
