Christmas Night
Christmas night,
Cheerful lights.
Sky so tight,
Dawn´s first blight.
Heavy raindrops,
Become teardrops.
Little mountains,
Become hills.
Small fountains,
Become ill.
On Christmas night,
They never will.
Christmas night,
Time to shine.
Cheerful light,
Heaven´s might.
Little star,
Blinking lark.
Shiny arc,
Lightful mark.
Sky so bright,
Endless line.
Time to shine,
Christmas night!
Looking Up.

Nicely written, capturing the magic of christmas night in a minimum of words and a maximum of feelings. A clever synopsis. Really enjoyed reading this. Thank you for sharing.
Great poem, here! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Awesome rhyming! ! ! ! ! Although my misuse of exclamation marks probably isn't helping here, I must point out that, even though this is a short poem, it explains a lot :)
Bye for now,
Titi.
