Circus Act Poem by Matthew Hyatt

Circus Act

I am it, I am he
The man who will be
One who does not wear a frown
I wear funny bows and ties
The bringer of your demise
I am the clown

Because you all ignored my plea
To stop laughing at me
I pulled out a gun
And had my fun
I had the last laugh
I am the clown
