City of black and white, Fading green into the night,
Stars paint beauty by God's Call,
As if making love of nothing at all,
Choking hearts like cardiac arrest,
Love strangles its through its test,
Like Mona Lisa finding something to smile about, In the darkness, magnificence breathes out.
Proclaiming at an unearthly height,
Pale and tired within her misty veil papery white,
In even monochrome and curving line of imperturbable serenity,
Bringing heaven's fresh fragrance to our senses through the sun's amenity,
Of the shadowy exaltation,
Even in the darkest moment,
Happiness can be found.
