Civilized Sounds
Ambient sound of a natural world
Encompass my mind
And enter my soul
Where there are no planes
Where there are no canals
Where there are no goals
I hear the calling birdsong
I feel the soothing cricket chant
I touch ice-cold mountain streams
My fingers running
Over smooth and slippery rocks
My ears drinking
The roaring sounds of rapids
As ambient sounds of a natural world
Encompass my soul
