Closed Poem by Zane Lewis

Closed

Bottled up not a sound
Watch it drop hit the ground
Whisper whisper in my ear
Hear it sound through the air
A silent tear all boxed up
Shuts it down all abrupt
No sorrow or sadness to show
I'll be the only one to know
Long over but doesnt matter
There's nothing left to shatter
Pick up the pieces on my own
There's noone else I'm here alone
Silently I scream and yell
In the worst version of my own hell
The walls dont let me out
They don't let me shout
No crying and no tears
Suck it up for a few more years
Hurt? Not me.
I'm the strongest man you'll ever see.
