'Cloud Nine'

Oh, what fluffy cloud are you on, floating sky high... wonder what dreams may come,
as I began to cry.
And now the rain.
I wish I was on cloud nine with you.
Now you're head is spinning, your face all flush-
Being on cloud nine is such
A rush!

Very true. It can be hard seeing people so happy when you're not happy... (Report) Reply

I have read it and read it! I love the way it reads. To me, I will read it again when my children leave home for college, or on a travel adventure or get married. I will remember what it was like when I moved on and grew up. Happy rain. Hope I don't offend by interpreting it this way? (Report) Reply

I know numbers could be found in anything yet the only thing I wouldn't think to put a number on would be the clouds and the wind. Intriguing, original poem. The freedom of the cloud (free spirit) in my vision is a bit sad. Good poem, I keep dreaming on, thank you for share. (Report) Reply

Oh cloud nine, swimming around the crescent moon tonight,
Amusing calm, Shimmering light shadows bright to the dark,
On clouds, over excitement nine angel play the fire spark
singing lullaby sending fallen star to dears wishing sleep well, good night
Cloud nine+1...your poem make it a new meaning of cloud ten... :) _Unwritten Soul (Report) Reply
