Cocoon Poem by PERSIAN NIGHTINGALE

Cocoon

Rating: 5.0

Life’s monsoon blows bringing rain
I love to stay at home and cocoon
A secluded romantic spot
My mind full of dreams’ balloon

The moon appears kindly
I’m still the pupa need to prune
Waiting for the sunlight i sing
Though I can’t sing in tune

Sunflower beams on my face
My soul glows brightly at noon
Dancing flames in my heart
I try to fly but swoon

Once I met the sunny sky
She matured me out of dune
I’m the butterfly or nightingale
On his mind love lay strewn
