Colors Poem by Apoorva Kapur

When it comes to colors, we think of red white and blue,
But each color has its own story, did you have any clue?
We will start with the color white, which stands for peace around the earth,
Until red came in the scene, which spread violence after its birth,
But the color isn't just bad it symbolizes pomp and splendor too,
From this I remembered blue which means attachment stronger than superglue.
Blue isn't just about this but, laughter in itself,
And with this we get to orange which means trust in oneself.
The color orange also symbolizes a courageous heart,
It looks good with the color purple, which means love at its start
The colors pink and yellow are beautiful at extreme, and are also joyous like a fantastic dream.
The color brown is simply like a generous person, who has a big heart at giving,
But the color green says in itself to have a prosperous living.
Last but not the least, we have the color black
This has all the qualities which most of the colors lack!
