Colours Of Life Poem by Forgotten Wound

Colours Of Life

Rating: 4.0

The backdropp of the setting sun
A bronze circle slowly sinking
Casting a golden glaze through
The pinkest pass over the clouds

The slow following of stars spotting the sky
The sky turning from gold to coffee
The sky light turning from bronze to silver
The clouds turning from grey to pink

Yet my eyes would translate this differently
Not the peaceful scene you perceive
Not the grace of natural beauty
But like my own personal hell coming alive
