Something is missing
My mind searches for
the absent piece
My soul reaches but
wraps around nothing
I am stranded in a barren land
with stark, cold air surrounding me
and the unforgivingly harsh sky above
Who is supposed to save me?
Who have I lost?
I feel almost as if I'm in a dream
I can't quite reach you within
my thoughts
I can't quite touch you with
my soul
So lost
So alone
So lonely...
Come back, my heart
Come save me, my love
Come claim me, beloved
Make me come alive again
Make me whole
