Come My Sweet, Come Hither My Love Poem by Justin Gildow

Come My Sweet, Come Hither My Love

Many things today are on the run
Flags are waving in the wind
And we're dealing the best we can
In the heat

Come my sweet
Come hither my love
Angels are smiling down from above
Ladies and girls are singing to us
Heck, even the baebes are getting
mediaeval

Come my sweet
Come hither my love
We can share our affection
While many other things are drawing
other people's attention

Come my sweet
Come hither my love
The day is drowned in the heat
But hopefully the night will ours to keep
And hopefully it'll be cool by then

And maybe, many memories will be
waiting to be made for the both of us
As we go along our way
