Compromise Melancholia

If a poem is a sentence,
the first part of which
is the title,
its style is compromised
by default capitals
at the beginning of every word
in the title.

A P instead of a p
in 'The European part'
followed by
'and Anatolia
comprise Turkey',
for example.

O, I know I could avoid
compromise melancholia
by 'Anatolia'
followed by
'and the European part
comprise Turkey',

or

'Turkey
comprises the European part
and Anatolia.'

But tarnation,
why the limitation?
