Conceptions

Can you change my fate?
I'll be waiting at the end of the world
And I'll be fighting back
Against the oods

Unknown to us
The intentions of the Villian
Invisible
To the eyes of Man

Credulous understanding
Of a being's own self being
Still hypnotic within reason
He's believing what he's seeing
All the cracks and falsehoods
Of Truth and its pleading
Unknowst of I
Is the being's own self being
Bringing only pain
To those of which
Who choose to be

Can you change my fate?
I'll be waiting at the end of the world
And I'll be fighting back
Against the odds

Still unknown to us
The intentions of the Hero
Currupting good deeds
Of not Justice but Greed

Still writhing over
Being one's own being
Hypnotic hidden gestures
Still believing what he's seeing
As Justice and good intents
Of Truth and it's pleading
And unknowst to the public
Of his being's own self being
Bringing Hope and Faith
To those of which
Who choose to be

Poem of the Day

poet Sir Walter Raleigh

EVEN such is Time, that takes in trust
Our youth, our joys, our all we have,
And pays us but with earth and dust;
