Confectionary Poem by Jasmine Brinkley

Confectionary

His tongue laving at my chocolate pebbles
The culinary reference a subtle comparison to the heat flowing through my veins
My caramel skin and honey center
He licked and laved at my nectar
Like I was a flower and he the honey bee
He made me
Shake and Shiver
Weep and Waiver
The way he molded my dough
Shaped me hard and taut
His lips moving over my butter smooth body
So wet the fire inside me blooming at the point in which he infused
Pain and pleasure
He plundered me like a sunken treasure
The rolling waves cresting against my shore
This was heaven
And more
He the chef making confectionary delights
And I his essential brown sugar
Setting the oven to a record breaking
Toe curling
Ear splitting decibel
His hands working their culinary magic
Making me rise and fall at his will
Surrender impossible but crucial
His teeth grazing my sweet and tender flesh
So sensitive the slightest movement
Sets me off
An explosion that cannot be contained
This artist with my sweets
I wonder what other confectionary delights he has in his store?
