Confession's Gate Poem by Georgi Emerson

Confession's Gate

Clouded judgement

Heated mind.

Think it through

Don't waste your time.

Bursting anger

Thoughts unkind.

The glare's so bright

It makes me blind.

Why I hate you?

I don't know.

Shut up and listen

Before I go.

Time running out

Mind's gonna blow.

End my life?

I could care less.

Shoot that bullet

Right through my chest.

I just see red

I can't think straight.

Looks like you've opened

The golden gate.

The gate that held

My anger back.

Now you feel

You must attack.

It was hidden

for so long.

Now you must face

What is wrong.

Why I hate you?

I don't know.

Shut up and listen

Before I go.

Time running out

Mind's gonna blow

I loathe you

I hate you

Now you know.
