Cracks
Emilio was a drug dealer with crime at his back.
But when he saw a chance to go straight.
He slipped through the cracks.
Some others like him didn't come out as well as he did.
They are now in prison or dead.
But Emilio saw his chance to make a better life.
He got himself an honest job, a few kids, and a good wife.
Good for Emilio :) cool story one that may have fell through the cracks.
Nobody wants to pass his life in crimes, he was lucky to find a crack and ran away. He got an opportunity and he availed it. Everyone is not lucky like him. An interesting write.
