Cry Of The Unborn Poem by Rosalie Doyle

Cry Of The Unborn

Rating: 2.0

Tiny dot - I have thought of you alot
Before time began I have held you in my hand
Your voice, your smile, I have awaited for awhile
Precious soul of my own making
Vicious predators your life will be taking
My creator, I want to be. I cry out to be me
Let the forces flee that would not let me see
The light, the birds in flight, the person you want me to be
Hear my cry, Piercing the sky, I will not die
Guttural voices from the darkness, convince so many of this lie
In the light, flee the darkness of night, I will praise thee
