Crying Rube Tears In Ballet Slippers Poem by Ashley burnam

Crying Rube Tears In Ballet Slippers

Spinning on my toe,
Quickly, round and round i go.
My ankles are bleeding but i dont care.
My courage is gone, leaving only despair.
Im crying for what we where.
Tears standing in my eyes
as this little emo cries.
I've given up.
Spining faster,
twirling and turning
I will never stop.
This is how i see the world
Where doves are black
roses never live
Babies are abandoned in they're crib.
Deep inside m
i hide my little secret.
It's simple
With ruby tears sliding over my cheeks and off my chin.
My love for you has grown so thin.
So As I throw myself into the fire,
I curl in its warmth and cry
Dying with all my dreams

This is filled with so many depressing emotions, yet your imagery really leaves the reader filled with so much sorrow for your feelings... This is very good... The structure you carry this into its final stanza.... Very heartbreaking..... Bonnie
