Crying Tears Of Blood Poem by Katniss Everdeen

Crying Tears Of Blood

Rating: 5.0

I drag the blade
Across my wrist
It's a temporary haven
A moment of bliss

Kissed by the blade
Again and again
I don't like this anymore
I just want it to end

The blood falls down
From the slice on my hand
As I'm crying tears of blood
That no one would understand

The tears on my wrist
Are a compromise
For the salty tears
I refuse to let fall from my eyes

You say I need help
You say I want attention
But I don't need anything
I just want to relieve my tension

These wounds are self inflicted
I am addicted

There's nothing you can do
You haven't got a clue
About what I go through
If only you knew...
