Capital Punishment - the State
Kills convicted of heinous crime.
To be or not to be debate.
Accidents happen time to time.
Lady Justice holds scales and sword.
Public executions should be,
And the public viewing restored.
An election nationally,
An executioner with blade
To travel the nation throughout,
And headless criminals be made.
Strong of arm and of steel - no doubt.

Cruel and unusual be dead?
Not when justice cuts the behead.
